Old or young everyone has played with toys, from old board games to new technology, everyone has their favourite toy. We took to the streets to find our peoples opinions.
According to the Guardian, a survey taken in 2001 predicted that the most popular toy would be the Harry Potter Lego set. Proving that Lego is a toy for every generation. The Guardian retook their survey in 2011 and the most popular toy was the Xbox, raising the question whether new technologies have taken over the teenage generation.
Toys are generally separated into two categories, Boys and Girls.
Barbie has been around for generations, her real name is Barbra Millicent Roberts and is based on the creator’s daughter.
